About “CROPA”
It was registered in 2022 after holding two general meetings to consider the need for inter-district coordination and networking of leaders of OPs on behalf of, and for the benefit of all OPs. OP leaders realised that this arrangement gives OPs a united voice and allows them to express opinions, allows OPs to help each other and makes OPs more visible.
The association enables networking and coordination, opens doors to new opportunities and makes it easier for OPs to meet policy makers. The inter-district network influences things positively and expands OPs support network.
VISION
A society where Older Persons are living in a secure and dignified environment that fulfils their needs and aspirations.
MISSION
To contribute to the empowerment of Older Persons to effectively participate in, and benefit from, which are intended for their well-being
